Type the parts, one per line, with or without a numeral (12 frame tube or frame tube). Then pick a part and click it on the drawing, once in each figure where it shows.

4Place the numerals

Size pt

Drag a numeral to move it (it then stays put when you place again); drag the dot at the end of a leader to move the tip. Shift-click adds another spot the leader may point to. Del removes the selected label, Ctrl+Z undoes.
